Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the bk3e platform. This document forms a legal agreement between you and bk3e.

General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("user" or "you") of the bk3e platform and all its services. By accessing the bk3e website or creating an account, you fully accept these terms and agree to abide by them.

bk3e is an online gaming and betting platform that provides slot games, live casino, fishing games and sports betting services for users in Bangladesh. Using any part of the platform means you are considered to be using it for entertainment purposes.

bk3e reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with or without prior notice. If you continue to use the platform after amended terms are published, you will be considered to have agreed to the new terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on bk3e you must meet the following conditions:

  • Online gaming must be legally permitted in your area.

  • You are not a self-excluded or otherwise restricted person.

2.2 Account Information

The information you provide at registration must be completely true, accurate and up to date. If an account is opened with false information, bk3e reserves the right to close that account at any time and the balance may be forfeited.

2.3 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

2.4 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect a security breach on your account, contact the support team immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on bk3e: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

  • Deposits must be sent only from an account registered in your own name.
  • Deposits via third parties are strictly prohibited.
  • After a successful deposit, your balance is generally updated instantly.
  • In the event of a technical error, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount for each payment method is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. In certain cases, additional time may be required for verification.

  • Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
  • Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be placed on hold if irregular activity is suspected or verification is required.
  • bk3e actively takes measures against money laundering.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on bk3e are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not supported.

3.4 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails for any reason and the funds do not appear in your account, please contact the support team with proof. bk3e will make every effort to resolve the issue.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bk3e offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (25x).

4.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own specific terms, which will be stated alongside the relevant offer.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirements have been met.
  • The bonus balance will remain separate until the wagering requirements are fulfilled.
  • bk3e reserves the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of bonus abuse is found.
  • Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • bk3e reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 VIP Program

bk3e's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each level. The benefits and terms of VIP levels are subject to change.

Gaming Rules

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on bk3e are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined impartially with no human intervention. All games are audited by their respective providers.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game has set minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Bet limits may differ when playing with bonus funds.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error causes an irregularity in a game result, that round may be considered void and the bet will be returned. Abnormally high or erroneous payouts may be forfeited.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

  • Playing using software bots or automated systems.
  • Any form of hacking or unauthorized access to the game system.
  • Abuse of bonus benefits or collusion with other players.
  • Attempting to win through any fraudulent method.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Account Closure by User

If you wish to close your account, please contact the support team. Withdraw all valid balances before submitting a closure request. Any pending bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon account closure.

8.2 Account Suspension by bk3e

bk3e may suspend or close your account for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • Providing false information.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Instructions from a legal or regulatory authority.

bk3e is not obliged to provide an explanation in the event of an account suspension.

Limitation of Liability

bk3e strives to provide the highest quality service but does not accept liability for the following:

  • Losses caused by technical errors or server outages.
  • A game being interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection.
  • Errors in third-party game software.
  • Unauthorized third-party access to your account (if caused by your own negligence).

bk3e's maximum liability will not in any circumstance exceed the amount you have actually deposited.

The bk3e platform grants a limited, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial entertainment. No rights beyond this are granted.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The applicable law and jurisdiction governing the interpretation, enforcement and resolution of any dispute arising under these terms will be determined by the location from which the bk3e platform operates.

Both you and bk3e will first attempt to resolve any dispute through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, appropriate legal action will be taken.

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
